Slim Slim Slim!!!

Guess what..I am in slimming process and everything that related to slimming is totally "cant take off my eyes". 

While resting at the corner of side table, i saw this one article on burn out calories in a daily life. and this is what i want to share with you guys..


Jumping around - burn up to 68 cal
Jogging - 62 cal
House chores - 34 cal
Dancing - 45 cal
SHOPPING - 22 cal
Using stairs - 36 cal
Stretching - 58 cal
Playing pingpong - 23 cal
Push-up - 45 cal
Cooking - 26 cal


P/s: I am a girl, my fav one obviously is shopping, then dancing..if only i have a partner to dance with..it would be a great romance.. *blush*
